1.     Q. What's the Catch???
        A.  No catch at all. This is an actual policy purchased by West Branch Dodge for our customers.

2.     Q.  It really doesn't cost me anything?? And there is no deductible ever???
           A.  True. The policy is purchased through Assurant Insurance Company by the dealership. Assurant is one
               of the largest Insurance/Warranty companies in the country. If you ever have a claim with this policy
               there is no deductible - nothing out of pocket to you.

3.    Q.   Aren't you really just passing the cost on to me?
       A.    Not at all. If you compare our vehicle to a similarly equipped vehicle at another dealership, you will find
              our vehicle priced the same or less than theirs - with the Warranty Forvever coverage. It is how we
              attract customers not only from Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and the Quad Cities - but from all over.

4.    Q.   What does "Lifetime" really mean?
       A.    As long as you own your vehicle. The policy cannot be transferred to somebody else. If you own
              the vehicle for 20 years, the warranty exists. There are no mileage limits, no time limits.

5.    Q.  What voids the warranty?
       A.   Not performing the Manufacturer Recommended Maintenance as outlined in the owner's manual at the
             specified service intervals. Or major modifications to your vehicle that would void the original
                manufacturer's warranty.

6.    Q.  What if I lose my owner's manual. Where can I find out what maintenance is needed?
       A.   You can find out by going to Edmunds.com or calling our service department at West Branch Dodge.

7.    Q.  Do I have to have all of my service work performed at West Branch Dodge?
         A.  Not at all. And yes, we would love for you to. If you choose not to, you must call for PRE-            AUTHORIZATION at 1-800-810-8458 prior to having your work performed. The shop must have
             ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) technicians available to perform the work.

8.     Q.  I own a business and my vehicle is for commercial use. Do I still get the warranty?
        A.  Unfortunately, no. Commerical purpose vehicles are excluded.

9.     Q.  Does it cover Diesel trucks???
          A.   YES, and Warranty Forever also covers the Diesel Injectors!!!!!!

10.   Q. My salesperson mentioned the "Warranty Forever Customer Guarantee". How does that work?
         A. In the event that a single claim covered by the policy EXCEEDS the NADA retail value of your
            vehicle, Warranty Forever will pay you the NADA retail value of your vehicle instead
            of repairing it. Oh, and you also get to keep your vehicle!!!!!!
